Website enquiry privacy notice — draft for MDS approval.

Owner review version — 14 October 2026. Not yet approved for publication. Effective date to be set after final approval.

Who we are

Muni Digital Services (MDS) is based in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India. This policy explains how we handle information received through our website, related enquiries and ordinary client records.

For privacy questions or requests, contact sajja.munivenkatarao@gmail.com.

Information you share with us

Our Contact form asks for your name, mobile or WhatsApp number and service of interest. Business name, email address and your message are optional. Our homepage consultation form also requires a business name and email address. We receive the details you submit, the form source, a submission reference and the submission time.

We use this information to understand your requirements, respond to your enquiry and conduct relevant consultation follow-ups. If you become a client, we may retain ordinary records of our business relationship under the retention limits below.

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to promotional WhatsApp broadcasts or marketing emails. These require your separate consent. You can ask us to stop consultation follow-ups or withdraw marketing consent through our privacy contact. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already lawfully carried out.

Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive health information in a website message.

Website operation and technical information

Website requests involve technical information such as your network address, requested page, request time and browser information. Our hosting provider may record this information for service operation, security and traffic reporting. Hosting traffic logs are distinct from advertising or visitor-tracking tools.

Our enquiry endpoint uses the request's network address for request limiting. Its private technical state contains keyed hashes, timestamps, request references and processing status, rather than the enquiry text. Duplicate-request records become eligible for removal after 24 hours and are pruned during subsequent request processing. This does not mean that enquiry emails or all technical records are deleted after 24 hours.

Cookies and browser storage

The redesigned website currently has no analytics or advertising tracking tools enabled by MDS. Its application code does not set cookies. This does not exclude technical processing or conditional security features operated by the hosting provider.

The website uses browser storage to remember whether the consultation popup has been shown or dismissed during a tab session and to remember your motion preference. A separate completion flag remembers a successfully accepted enquiry across visits in the same browser. This flag has no expiry set by the website; it remains until the browser removes it or you clear this site's data.

These flags do not contain your form entries. The website does not save enquiry text or contact details to browser storage. You can clear this site's browser data to reset these preferences. Your browser may separately offer its own autofill features.

Service providers and information sharing

We use the following services to operate the website and receive enquiries:

  • Hostinger hosts the website and its enquiry endpoint, which receives and processes submitted details. Its hosting services may also process technical logs and backups.
  • Resend delivers the website's enquiry notification email to MDS and processes the message and associated delivery records.
  • Google Gmail receives and stores the notification in the MDS mailbox at sajja.munivenkatarao@gmail.com, where MDS can review and respond to the enquiry.

These providers may process information outside India. Their processing, security, retention and deletion arrangements depend on the relevant service and applicable terms. The retention limits for MDS business records below are not a statement that every provider log or backup follows the same deletion schedule.

Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or a valid legal process. This policy does not authorise promotional use without separate consent.

How long we retain information

  • Unsuccessful website enquiries: up to 12 months from the last meaningful interaction, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Ordinary client records: up to 3 years after the business relationship ends, subject to legal exceptions.

Statutory accounting and tax records follow separate legal retention requirements. Information subject to a legal retention requirement, dispute or lawful preservation obligation may need to be kept beyond the ordinary periods. Retention should be limited to what the applicable requirement justifies.

These periods are retention limits, not a promise to keep every record for the entire period or to delete all copies instantly. Deletion may involve MDS records, provider systems and backup processes. We will explain any lawful restriction relevant to a deletion request.

Your privacy requests

Email sajja.munivenkatarao@gmail.com to ask about your information, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent where relevant, or raise a privacy concern. Include enough information to help us identify the enquiry or relationship, such as the contact details you used or an enquiry reference. Please do not send identity documents unless we ask for information needed to verify your request.

We will verify identity where necessary, review the rights applicable to your request, respond within legally applicable timelines and explain lawful restrictions. A request does not necessarily require deletion of records that must be retained by law. If withdrawing information prevents us from continuing a requested service, we will explain that consequence.

Security and external services

The website uses HTTPS, and its enquiry endpoint includes validation and request-limiting measures. No online transmission or storage method can guarantee complete security.

WhatsApp, email and social links take you to services with their own privacy practices. This policy describes the MDS website and related MDS records; it does not replace those services' policies or a separate notice or agreement for a specific client project.

Updates

We may update this policy when our practices or applicable requirements change. The published version will identify its effective date.
